Warrior X Executive Course
What to Expect
Know what you're walking into — and why it will change you.
This Is Not a Retreat. This Is a Reckoning.
Over five days on a military installation, you will be pushed beyond your comfort zone in ways that reveal your true leadership capacity. The program is structured, intentional, and demanding — but every element serves a purpose: to forge the kind of leader who performs when the stakes are highest.
Below is a general framework for the week. Specific activities, timing, and sequencing are subject to change based on class composition and operational conditions — just like real leadership.

Common Questions
What is the fitness requirement?
You do not need to be an elite athlete. You need to be able to walk several miles, carry moderate weight, and sustain effort over extended periods. We will push you, but the program is designed to be completable by any motivated leader who prepares.
Where exactly is the program held?
The November 2026 class is held near Ironwood, Michigan, in the Upper Peninsula. Exact coordinates and access instructions are provided to registered participants only.
What do I need to bring?
A full packing list is provided upon registration. Plan for all weather conditions, field sleeping, and 5 days of sustained physical activity. Do not have something on this list? We supply any additional gear you need. Just tell us when you register.
What is the group size?
Each class is capped at 20 participants to ensure a high-quality, high-touch experience. This is intentional. The bonds formed in a small class are deeper and more lasting.
Is this safe?
All activities are designed and supervised by combat veterans with extensive safety protocols. Medical support is on-site throughout the program. Risk is managed. Discomfort is intentional.
Ready to Step Up?
The November 5–9, 2026 class is forming now. Spots are limited to 20 participants.
